Características:

◆ Los accesorios deben ser seleccionados o verificados para evitar peligros.

◆ La tolerancia del diámetro exterior del tubo debe estar dentro de ±0.10mm.

◆ El extremo de inserción del tubo debe cortarse de forma plana y suave. 

◆ Si se reutiliza, se debe eliminar la parte dañada y asegurarse de que el tubo esté libre de deformaciones y objetos extraños.

◆ Asegúrese de que el tubo esté bien insertado y paralelo al accesorio para evitar fugas.

◆ La rosca debe apretarse con una llave en el hexágono metálico del accesorio. 

◆ La rotación de la carcasa plástica solo es para ajustar la dirección del tubo.

◆ Las roscas imperiales ya tienen sellante, pero si son grandes, 

se puede usar cinta de teflón, especialmente en accesorios de segunda mano.

Characteristics：

1.The selection of fittings should be demonstrated or verified to avoid danger.

2.The tolerance of O.D. of applicable tube should be with in ±0.10mm.

3.The insertion end of the tubing should be cut flatly and smoothly along the vertical section with special equipment. When pulled out and reused, the damaged part should be removed,and the tubing should be  smooth and free of deformation and foreign objects to ensure the seal.

4.When the tubing is inserted, make sure that it is in place. The exposed part of the tubing should be parallel with the fitting as much as possible to avoid any leakage caused by the hard bending of the tubing.

5. The thread should be tightened by a wrench on the metal hexagon of the fitting.The rotation of the plastic housing is only for the adjustment of the direction of the tubing.

6. Imperial threads are with precoating sealant, but when the thread is too large, it can be sealed with Teflon tape, especially for the second-hand fittings.
